Practice Profile
Greet Medical Practice a GMS practice and it is situated in Greet Health Centre in the Heart of Birmingham and also has access to diagnostic treatments for patients i.e. Ultrasound Scan, Gynaecology, opthalmology etc. There is ample parking for patients and disabled access. The premises are secured by CCTV.
The practice is also a training practice and it is involved in research with the clinical Research Network Primary care based at the University of Birmingham
The practice has a list size of over 6,000 patients. There are currently 4 GP's and 1 full time trainee. Practice staff comprises of 1 Practice Manager, 1 Business Manager, 1 Practice Nurse, 2 Health Care Assistants, 3 Medical Secretaries and 4 Receptionists. Our attached staff consists of Health Visitors, District Nurses Midwives, Drug Worker, Social worker and Health Exchange Worker.
When the surgery is closed, our out-of-hours service is provided by Badger who provides patients with urgent care and advice.
Patients are now able to order thier repeat medication over the telephone by calling the practice on 0121 7666 113 and pressing option 1 which will divert the call to the prescription team.

Our Surgery is accessible to patients using a wheelchair.
